At ASRICA, the following works are implemented in the direction of development of national normative documents and special technical conditions for construction and architecture:
development of technical-normative and legal-normative documents in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction in order to improve the national construction normative base of the Republic;
development of special technical requirements for the design, construction and operation of multi-function, multi-storey high-rise buildings over 75 m;
development of technical specifications for buildings with a complex layout designed and constructed in complex terrain;
development of special technical conditions for buildings and structures, designed, constructed and operated in the territories of the seismicity of 9 points and above.
According to the request of various structures, special technical conditions which were scientifically based for the design and construction of high-rise buildings have been developed and implemented, for instance:
High-rise office building of the State Oil Company, the 33-storey building of the State Committee on Property Issues, a new administrative building of the Oil Fund, a complex of residential houses for employees of the Chamber of Ministers, the 36-storey office building of the Ministry of Taxes, the building of the hotel "Intercontinental" (architecture and design), new residential buildings, covering the territory of Babek Avenue, Y.Aliyev street, Nobel Avenue and H.Rustamov street in Khatai district and between Nobel Avenue and the Caspian Sea of the CBD MTK, etc.
