The activities of the Scientific Council include discussions of the institute's theme plan, discussions of technical issues and working programs of scientific research works, scientific and technical reports, dissertation works as a leading organization, analysis of scientific articles and scientific monographs reflecting scientific innovations obtained by the institute's employees, the discussion of the next edition of scientific-practical journal prepared for publication and etc.
The Scientific Council consists of 1 doctor of technical sciences and 13 doctors of philosophy in technology, architecture and economics.
