"New Theoretical Basics of calculation of reinforced  concrete elements" book was published by the decision of the Scientific Council Azerbaijan Scientific Research Institute for Construction and Architecture (28.09.2021protocol No. 5) in 2021. Authors of the book: d.of tech. sciences, prof. Seyfullayev Kh.G. head of the laboratory “Scientific and technical expertise of construction norms” and PhD. Garayev A.N.  director of the Scientific Research Institute of Construction and Architecture of Azerbaijan The book is intended for the use of engineers-constructors, designers, students and scientists. The book is the first technical literature in the Azerbaijani language, which theoretically interprets the theory of reinforced concrete and reflects the ways of creating calculation methods for reinforced concrete structures.
